Looking at machine shop to fabricate paring knife.
Was discussing with machine shop who specialize on making special knife.
After comparing inform on the dimension these are the possible specification.
a) handle and cutting knife length of about 8 inch
b) angle for the cutting edge is about 30 deg.
c) First angle to edge is 4 deg
d) second angle is 13 deg.
According to the machine shop owner, it require a special type steel which is suitable for knife making. It main characterize is hard cutting edge and able to sharpen to a fine sharp edge and do not bent it edge while cutting action.

* as workshop backlog is high due to coming festive season for CNY. hence slight delay on update.
