Trying a slight variation in design for card holder with money holder instead of using money clip.

See a trial version of card holder and want to improve and make the user at ease and like how it interact and see if it possible to be ergonomic. Make some adjustment and position alignment for credit card and money of different denomination.

Credit Card Holder #1 (Request)

Trying something new, credit card holder only project.

Use template to measure and marking purpose

Cut backing layer

Check template position

Align card to verify position

Cut round edge

tools for punch hole

Prepare for separator layer
to glue

This is how the card separatorr looks like

Use guide for edge to remove
surface

Scrap a thin layer of glue

Work in progress. . . 👂
challenges with backing layer which the edge trend to frail and thread drop off.
In future need to fold over edge to minimize this issue.

Fair comment 1) it would be better if there space underneath the credit card holder. This will requires the backing material to be different.
