Non Leather repair , lawn solar led light model ZC-CPD5004 - 非レザー修理、芝生用ソーラーLEDライトモデルZC-CPD5004

Received a request to repair a few lawn solar led light (  model ZC-CPD5004 ), issue on hand for all units with same problem , cannot power up led light even after expose to sunlight or external light source.

いくつかの芝生用ソーラー LED ライト (モデル ZC-CPD5004) の修理依頼を受けましたが、すべてのユニットに同じ問題があり、日光や外部光源に当てても LED ライトが点灯しません。

The units was tested to confirm issue on hand and to my surprise ALL the same part failure, the system consisted of a solar panel, battery ( Luthium Ion ), toggle switch (three way position), led light board ,controller broard.

ユニットは手元の問題を確認するためにテストされ、驚いたことにすべて同じ部品の故障でした。システムは、ソーラーパネル、バッテリー (リチウム イオン)、トグル スイッチ (3 方向位置)、コントローラー ボードで構成されていました。

Repair method is to isolate the fault part and verify which part of the system is defective.

1) Led light board

2) Solar panel board

3) Controller board

4) Battery bank

5) Three way toggle switch

1. Led light board, use an external battery source or power supply and verify the status, there is two colour led on the board.

2. Solar panel board, use a DMM (DC volatge) to verify is the solar panel output any voltage? When expose to sunlight or external light source the output is about 5 volt

3. Controller board, visual check for burnt part or adnormal parts, sign of corrosion , loose wire or poor soldering joint , defective connector or poor contact

4. Battery bank, use a DMM to check  the battery bank voltage, check for loose connector and corrosion on terminal of connector, loose wire, visual inspection

5. Three way toggle switch, using DMM in resistance mode to check switch termianl using contunity test
