Received a request to repair a few lawn solar led light ( model ZC-CPD5004 ), issue on hand for all units with same problem , cannot power up led light even after expose to sunlight or external light source.

The units was tested to confirm issue on hand and to my surprise ALL the same part failure, the system consisted of a solar panel, battery ( Luthium Ion ), toggle switch (three way position), led light board ,controller broard.
ユニットは手元の問題を確認するためにテストされ、驚いたことにすべて同じ部品の故障でした。システムは、ソーラーパネル、バッテリー (リチウム イオン)、トグル スイッチ (3 方向位置)、コントローラー ボードで構成されていました。

note all is due battery weak or corrosion or both condition
5) Three way toggle

contact issue and possible suspect is contact corrosion
So far majority of failure is due to battery is weak and corrosion at battery terminals, BMS board is corrosion due to battery leakage which resulted in corrosion. One failure from toggle switch due to corrosion and hence poor contact. After open toggle switch and spray WD40 it help resolved issue.
これまでの故障の大部分は、バッテリーの劣化とバッテリー端子の腐食が原因です。BMS基板はバッテリーの液漏れが原因で腐食し、それが原因となって腐食が進行しました。トグルスイッチの故障も1件あり、腐食とそれに伴う接触不良が原因でした。トグルスイッチを開けてWD40をスプレーしたところ、問題は解決しました。
