One table fan was moving very slowly and also due for preventive maintenance.
This old fan need regular dirt removal it start acting when the dirt accumulate.
Tools required for preventive maintenance
Remove rear cover of fan to access to use vacuum cleaner and brush
Top view of rear cover remove. Look for oiling hole for both front and rear.
Do take precaution as there is two ball bearing on the swivel turning mechanism
Clean inside rear cover
Re assemble the unit and verify unit status good.
