This is request for an odd size ID badge (plastic seal tag), dimension of 12.5 cm height and 8 cm width. This company have large and odd size for user.

Measurement taken on odd size ID plastic pouch.

Tools for project

Cut round corner

Use oblong punch for slot

Apply gule and wait for curing

Trim edge with beveler tool

Visit relative house to confirm ID badge size and fitness.
After reviewing and verify the actual size of badge is different (smaller size is required).
Actual ID laminated size is width 7.2 cm and height is 10.7 cm, after remove from plastic pouch. ✋ Hence need to redo a new badge holder base on this measurement.

Another pointer is for rear pocket higher and add button for security for money safe keeping.

Cable Organizer #3 (request)

                       Cable organizer for charge module   

While visiting relative house recently. There is a request for different model of mobile phone ,charger module of different shape.

Compare to own Samsung J5 model, the charger module is slightly smaller and slimmer design. Hence need to think of way to house the charger module.

           New project on children shoe 👧, first time trail. 

Trying on new challenge is making children shoe, learn this from a Youtube  video and web site

The web site have pattern but did not have template with "formula" for shoe measurement for children of various age group.

Hence use trial and error measurement and base on certain assumption.

WET Form Leather project #3 Scissor sheath

           Wet form for scissor project #3 Scissor sheath

This new scissor (scissor Germany , 9 inch with diamond brand mark).

Found this scissor need to sharpen it edge, add lock tight for nut and general cleaning. Apply a light oil for certain area near nut and screw.

Try out wet form for this scissor.

23 cm length scissor

Install rivet and button VT5 size

Test strap fit it purpose

Cut drain line for punch hole

Tips, to remove diamond punch with
metal bar to slide off.

Add a paper buffer inside sheath
to protect inner leather

It challenging to sharpen scissor as there are old sharp mark on edge, however it take longer than normal to re sharpen edge.👐

        👂 Sharing tool project and sheath for own tool

                 This project is to protect tool and simple tool  👀

✌ Fabricate own tools and sheath for leather tool.

1) Use jean material "rough" surface for burnishing edge
2) Sheath for thread trimmer/ cutter

Use scrap jean material as tool
for burnishing.

Use a 1/2 inch pvc plastic pipe as handle. Sew jean material on to pvc pipe.

Sew the edge to warp
around the pipe

This how the tool is use

Another burnishing tool but use a smaller diameter wooden rod.

1) Middle top object is sheath project for trimmer /cutter tool.
2) Extreme left is a 1/2 inch pvc with jean cloth wrap around as burnishing.
3) On right side is a wooden rod with jean cloth wrap around.

Use scrap leather for this project.

Leatherman tool sheath #1

         This is a friend request for Leatherman sheath, from Johor Bahru who own a leatherman Wave multi tool product.
The original sheath was worn off as it is non leather type.
His request the sheath have belt clip or way to attach to a belt.

Cut material to size

Gule side strip

Draw line for punching hole

Punch button hole

Add belt strap on rear

For the belt strap have added another layer for better protect belt from the rough surface.

Use needle and awl to align the punch

Veg tan leather

Another veg tan project

   (15th April 2019)  Update and feedback from user.
The belt holder is better to be higher toward the flap by about 3 cm. This will allow the sheath curve up when user sit down.
