The instant thermal pot on/off intermittent cannot hold at "on" position. Finally found time to look into unit issue. Manufacturer is under SEERS, it use semiconductor technology to transfer heat
( Peltier – Thermoelectric Cooler Modules )
Discovered on/off push button is broken into two parts (top and bottom portion of switch) and need to press manually .
Apply two ton glue and use cable tie to secure for it to cure.
Bottom label indicate the model.
Remove top panel to gain access to on/off button
To be continue..please wait
Update 20th Nov 2019.
Top plan view, note on/off button is top
Remove water inlet funnel
Remove wiring from switch. Notice the bottom part of switch is hanging on air
Hold it position before apply two ton epoxy glue, I use a small cable tie to ensure limited movement while epoxy guile take time to cure.
Verify unit is working after leaving overnight for epoxy glue to cure.
Note the push on/off button is very special design to fit in the thermal pot.
Update 14th Jan 2020.
Just purchase a new on/off switch and notice the new switch have a small metal bracket underneath to give a better support and less stress when user press switch button.
