After several weeks of using saw some improvement.

Concept at that time to able to carry interface cable, a belt holder that is not moveable

use a translucent rubber face for user to get it status just by looking thru and at the same time it cover the expose port connector.

Position for USB connector and power up utton

Non Leather Repair #13 (Hard Disk repair)

NON leather repair work.

Another repair for an old portable hard disk (Western Digital 0.5 terabyte), symptom is clicking sound and cannot perform format.

Open to check it was the head got stuck , release and re position to home position. Reassemble and check status, re format hard disk and try copy . delete and move files it looks good.

Repair done to reset mechanical home position for read/write head

Key Chain #05 (Improvement on Multiple purpose)

( third version)Saw an opportunity to improve on my current key chain 4 head, allow key tag card, credit size storage, correct ring "D" for easy to use key yet allow user to use lanyard strap.

My first version, limited place to keep credit card, Toll Card, house access card, barrier gate card and lift access card and KEYS to house.

Currently use two holder for key and tool card

This is second version in the making, but found certain feature not practical

Use paper template to decide the size for key chain.

Leather project GYMNASIUM glove #1

Using start using gymnasium notice certain equipment the handle is a bit rough surface can be painful.

Trail glove version for use on certain type gymnasium equipment.
This equipment is Lap Pull toward and Pull down using the bar handle.

Tote Bag # 6 (Trying out, small size) Part Two

Tote Bag # 6 ,Part Two
To further improve this tote bag #6, have decided to add base layer for bottom part. This layer is to provide better support to bag.

As user have feedback to add this improvement.

Add glue to attach base layer to give firmer support to overall bag

Update on 16th Oct 2019.
Use a water base glue, by dripping from tips of bottle.

Update on 16th Oct 2019.
Apply glue to area for stitch, as the glue is to temporary hold to do punching and stitching.

Attached base layer to bottom side.

Non Leather Repair #9 (Sport Shoe repair)

Repair sport shoe, replace worn off outer sole. it is real challenge to attached the outer sole to shoe and also lack skill and knowledge, or incorrect method and tools.

Prepare for glue bottom sole

Add hardener to glue

Allow time for glue to cure

Attach bottom sole

Use clamp to hold belt to grip sole to shoe

Use of belt to tighten the sole to allow glue to harden.

Some tools for repair shoe

allow curing glue before attach together.

Use of strap to grip on the edge between sole and other part of shoe

Cable Organizer #7 (General purpose)

This is another example of general purpose cable organizer to share.
The mains design is the same only there are few way to improve or customize base on user preference type of leather , shape of design and the type of cable, cable length, connector type head (big, small, medium and size to take into consideration) to take into consideration, it should be ease of operating it and safety.

For this cable organizer a straight line is cut with both end with round hole punch
