Badge Tag post #4 (REDO request)

Since the first version of badge tag was too big, redo this project.

Actual ID laminated size is width 7.2 cm and height is 10.7 cm, after remove from plastic pouch.
✋ Hence need to redo a new badge holder base on this measurement.
